REMINDERS:
The Commission shall only receive two (2) documents from the organization: (1) Docx file containing the checklist, and (2) the PDF file containing the compilation of documents.
Upon submitting the PDF file (requirements), the sequence/order of documents must abide by the order provided in the checklist.
